How to find and download your Ingram ebook royalty statements

Lightning Source (part of Ingram Content Group) provides ebook distribution to major retailers and library channels. Ebook sales are tracked separately from print in the IngramSpark/Lightning Source dashboard. This guide explains how to access ebook-specific royalty reports.

Log into Your Account

Visit Lightning Source or IngramSpark and sign in.

Navigate to Reports

From your Dashboard, click on the "Reports" menu in the main navigation.

Select Publisher Compensation Report

For ebook sales specifically, look for the "Publisher Compensation" report. This shows ebook deliveries and earnings from retail partners.

Set Date Range and Download

Select your reporting period and download the report. Ebook sales are typically registered within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Don't see ebook reports?

Ebook distribution is a separate service from print. Make sure your titles are set up for digital distribution through CoreSource. Contact Ingram support if you need to enable ebook distribution.

Sales not showing yet?

Ebook sales appear on the Publisher Compensation report within 24-48 hours of delivery to retailers. There's also a ~90 day payment delay after month-end.
