Common Issues

Can't find the Sales Dashboard?

The Sales Dashboard is accessible from the main ACX menu after logging in. Make sure you're logged in as a Rights Holder, not a Producer, to see your royalty data.

Returns showing in your report?

ACX now includes return data in reports. Audible's return policy allows customers to return audiobooks, and these are reflected as negative values in your royalty reports.

Missing recent data?

ACX royalty data typically has a delay. Sales from the current month may not appear until the following month. Check back after the month-end close.
